I first got bitten by the “Dog Show Bug” when I got a 5 pt. major from the puppy class at the Jacksonville, FL show with a Bullmastiff puppy bitch I had bought. I continued to show her, finished her and bred her. She produced two beautiful pups, one girl, one boy, both finished as Champions. Then life took a turn for me, and I was divorced and move back to MD. I then worked and continued my education in the computer field and did not have a dog for 20 years. In 2005 I retired from the Federal Government where I worked for the Dept. of the Navy as a Computer Specialist Project Manager and moved back to FL . in 2006 and I wanted another dog. I researched several breeds and decided the French Bulldog was right for me. The breed reminded me of the muscled but gentle Bullmastiff, but lap size with erect ears. I am now enjoying having a loving lap dog that follows me from room to room. I have bred now two litters. The first litter produced Diamond who is shown in this picture when we won Best in Sweepstakes at the FBDCSE Supported entry at Ocala, Nov 2010. He is a handsome guy who now resides in Dallas, TX. I now have two little girl pups which I have great hopes for. The breeding is similar bloodlines as Diamond. The sire is from one of the top producing French Bulldog’s of all time- Ch.
